At World Changers, our mission goes beyond a one-week trip—we aim to equip students with the tools, training, and inspiration to embrace a lifetime of missional living.
What is World Changers' mission?
World Changers aims to provide hands-on mission experiences that engage students in serving communities across North America. By addressing real needs, students have the opportunity to put their faith into action—serving others and sharing the gospel in impactful ways.
How do we accomplish this mission?
Our construction projects are designed specifically for student ministries passionate about making a difference through missions. We partner with local city agencies and churches to mobilize volunteers who serve local residents in meaningful ways. Throughout the week, students join crews made up of peers and adults from other churches to complete projects like painting, siding, and building wheelchair ramps, all aimed at improving the quality of life for those in need.

Our mission doesn’t stop at meeting physical needs. Through a combination of Pre-Project Study, Gospel Engagement training, and nightly worship gatherings, we equip students to share the gospel and grow in their faith.

Since 1990, World Changers has been honored to work alongside more than 400,000 students and adults, empowering them to serve communities through construction projects and church planting efforts. We are passionate about providing transformative missions experiences that make a lasting impact—both for the participants and the communities they serve.
